BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments can be booked through the online scheduling system or by contacting me directly.
I kindly request a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
PAYMENT
For in-person sessions, I currently accept payments via Venmo or cash.
For virtual sessions, I accept Venmo upon completion of the session.
Gratuity is optional.
NEW CLIENTS
For new clients seeking EFT or house calls: Kindly note that a complimentary 20-minute consultation via Zoom may be required prior to scheduling.
Please be advised that I retain the discretion to assess any circumstance for safety considerations, and I reserve the right to cancel an appointment should I deem it necessary.
IN-PERSON SESSIONS & TRAVEL
In-person sessions are currently available via home visits in Saint Louis City and surrounding areas per special request.
A travel fee of $2 per mile traveled outside Saint Louis City limits will be added to the total price of service.
Exact fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
SESSION INFORMATION
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for your session.
Have a quiet space with a couch or bed where you can lie down comfortably.
Ensure you won't be disturbed for the duration of our time together.
Please keep pets safely contained to maintain your full relaxation.
HEALTH & SAFETY
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness prior to an in-person appointment, please reschedule.
Inform your practitioner of any relevant health conditions or concerns before your session.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where required by law.
RESPECT & CONDUCT
I maintain a safe, respectful, professional demeanor for all clients.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.
CHANGES TO POLICIES
I reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and updated on my website.
